You can savour regional and international dishes which have been carefully prepared with fresh seasonal products. Our sommelier will recommend the appropriate wine. The region offers many interesting cities and sights, mainly from the Etruscan and Mediaeval times, such as Sutri (within 2 km to our hotel) or the beautiful town of Calcata.
